I am thankful for the way sunshine feels on your skin. For the warm, gentle vibrations it sends though your skin as it searches for you heart and once it hits your heart you get "that" feeling. That blissful, breathtaking moment when you instinctively say "ah" and all is right with the world.
I am thankful that two of the brightest and most challenging children ever to inhabit this earth belong to me. That they are here with me. That I have the memory of them being inside of my body and that this memory is something that no one can ever take away from me.
I am thankful that in this moment, those girls are outside running in the grass, loving the sunshine and laughing with their friends, creating memories they will not truly value until they are long gone.
And I am thankful for wireless internet that allows me to be outside with them absorbing my own does of vitamin D!
